This is a charming collector plate by Ruane Manning entitled "Chip off the Old Block" done for the Franklin Mint.  This limited edition 8 1/8-inch plate is in excellent condition, hand numbered and trimmed in gold. The artwork features an adult and puppy black labs sitting by a pond.   The colors are vibrant, the artwork is delightful, and the attention to detail is very nicely done making this plate a great gift choice or a beautiful addition for a collector.
